Matthew Ziff In TreacheryAt The BB Basement, we were thrilled to hear that the long awaited Treachery will finally get the release it deserves. Starring newbie Matthew Ziff alongside Michael Biehn and Jennifer Blanc-Biehn, the film has been picked up for distribution by Origin Releasing, and we’re finally going to see the films official release slated for the fourth quarter of 2015.

Matthew Ziff may sound like a new name to the Hollywood scene, but he’s actually been in the business for nearly 20 years. Even if he’s still just under 25 years old, he’s been modeling since two months old, and was considered a top child model by age 10. Through his success, he’s been able to land spots on the Conan O’Brien show and Tonight Show with David Letterman doing skits alongside big Hollywood names.

Not only is Matthew experienced in the business, but he’s also an experienced athlete and dedicated student as well. A graduate from the University of Miami, he began taking his passion for film more seriously, eventually signing with Stellar and Elite talent agencies doing commercials and learning the ins and outs of the film industry. Since that time, he’s been busy working in various different genres of film, everything from horror films to action movies, and Hollywood Magazine named him Hollywood’s Newest Heartthrob for the year 2012.

As for athletics, one of Matthew’s most celebrated athletic achievements is his participation in the International Quidditch Association’s Summer Games during the Olympic torch relay for the London summer games. As part of Team USA, Matthew contributed to the team’s winning a gold medal.

In Treachery, Matthew is starring alongside seasoned professionals in the movie business, but he doesn’t miss a beat with his performance. Starring as Nathan, son of Michael Biehn’s character Henry, buzz has been revolving around the film for some time, and Treachery is finally going to be coming to all audiences through widespread distribution!
